Stadium Road has a bridge over State Street that is falling down, and since there is no plan, it may not get stimulus money. The city government of Ann Arbor has known about this since at least 2007. The city is managing to build an expensive new building in City Hall's parking lot, but a bridge on one of our busiest roads is falling apart, and has been reduced to two lanes, a terrible bottleneck.
